  • 1 Tablespoon of Gherkins chopped
  • 50 Grams Creme Fraiche
  • 200 Grams Mayonnaise
  • ¾ Shallot Diced
  • Lemon Juice about 1 Teaspoon
  • Hot Sauce Optional

  • Start by adding creme fraiche to a bowl with mayonnaise in it.

Notes

  • Make sure to chop the shallots super finely so it blends well with the mayonnaise.

  • Feel free to customize the sauce. You can add more flavors to the sauce. For instance, add some Dijon mustard and bring the extra zest.
