- While they sizzle, I take charge of scrambled eggs in another pan. As per Churchill, we are only using egg whites to reduce the fat content.
- Time to assemble! I layer the hash and eggs on the burrito and add cheese to it. Cheese is optional for others, but never for me.

- Hot Sauce

- I started with the Ground Turkey as Churchill does. I heat olive oil in a pan and cook it until it is brown.
- Then, I add chili flakes,salt, and pepper to season it up.
- In goes black beans.
